Progress Surf School
1-2-1 LESSONS
These lessons are aimed at intermediate surfers who would like to progress to the next level after learning to stand up. We can teach everything from bottom turns to top turns.
We can provide you with the equipment or you can bring your own to practise on. Whatever, we can guarantee you will see an improvement in your surfing by the end of the lesson.
FULL DAY LESSON
A full day lesson is comprised of 2 x 2hr lessons and we will provide all the equipment for your surfing lessons. Extra time is added to the lesson to allow for changing and walking to the beach.
The day of surfing is broken into 2 parts with the 1st surfing lesson taking place before lunch. We break for lunch and resume surfing after the short break. These lessons are ideal for surfers who need to get good and want to learn to surf quickly.
STANDARD LESSON
A standard lesson is comprised of 1 x 2 hour surfing lesson with all the equipment provided. Extra time is added to your surfing lesson to allow for changing and walking to the beach.
You will get the benefit of having a surf coach on hand to offer you expert advice and coaching tips to help you learn to surf. We will show you how to stay safe in the surf whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery and beaches that Gower has to offer.

We believe it is important to offer well supervised fun and exciting surfing lessons to our customers at a price that is affordable for everyone. We have developed a number of different lesson prices to suit everyone's needs and we make sure our surf coaches offer expert advice and coaching to suit each individual's needs.
GROUP LESSONS
Our group lessons have been developed to make sure you get the maximum enjoyment from your surfing lessons. We encourage groups such as Hen-do's, Stag-do's, scout troops, school trips etc to come and join in with Progress Surf School and enjoy the fantastic waves Gower has to offer.
We can cater the surfing lessons to suit your needs and if you have over 10 participants in your group who would like to learn to surf we can offer you special discount!!!
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Treat your children and their friends to a party they will not forget for all the right reasons. We can teach your group all the important parts of surf safety and give them the opportunity to try standing on a surfboard during their 1st lesson. The kids will love the experience and they will leave the beach ready to surf again next time...
We will provide all the equipment for your surfing lessons and the surfing lessons will last approx 2 hours.
